Nyssos Odysseus

Inspired by the legendary journey of Odysseus and the timeless beauty of the Ionian Islands, the Nyssos Odysseus  pays tribute to a land where history, mythology, and olive-growing tradition have flourished for centuries.

According to ancient tradition, Odysseus found refuge on the island of the Phaeacians—widely believed to be present-day Corfu—before continuing his voyage home. It is this enduring connection between Corfu and one of Greece's greatest heroes that inspired the creation of Odysseus.

Crafted from a distinctive blend of 70% traditional Corfu olives and 30% Koroneiki olives, this exceptional extra virgin olive oil captures the spirit of the Ionian landscape. The bold character of the Corfu variety meets the refined elegance of Koroneiki, creating a harmonious balance of aroma, fruitiness, and a lingering peppery finish.

More than an olive oil, Nyssos Odysseus is a celebration of heritage, exploration, and authenticity—a journey through the flavors of Greece, where every drop tells a story shaped by the sea, the olive tree, and the enduring legacy of the Mediterranean.
