Bring rich flavour to homemade souvlaki with an aromatic blend of herbs and spices. Oregano, garlic and onion combine with coriander and sumac, while chilli and smoked red pepper add spicy and smoky notes.

Ideal for pork or chicken, whether grilled, oven-roasted or pan-cooked. Mix with olive oil and a little lemon juice to create a flavourful marinade, or sprinkle directly onto the meat before cooking.

Ingredients: Garlic, onion, oregano, chilli, salt, pepper, sumac, coriander, smoked red pepper.
